Returns & Exchanges

At Carrer, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and securely attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your exchange will be shipped within 5-7 business days.
